Hello there William,
Because you are looking for a non-contact die profilometer and because we have no idea of the size of the dies you are talking about, you are going to have to do the background work.
In "Google", use the following exactly as it is shown here Non-contact die profilometer and start looking for an instrument that meets your criteria.
