Can we make fire resistant cables (mica tape around conductor) for aluminum cables like (AL/MICA/XLPE/SWA/LSHF)?

Hello again,
Keeping in mind that the melting point of aluminum is 660C (1220F) and that the melting point of copper is 1084C (1983F), it depends on the specification you are trying to achieve.

Thanks for your usual cooperation
But on the other hand, does mica tape make thermal isolation for conductor so temperature will not reach melting value? For example IEC 60331 for 750 C , in this case does conductor temperature also reach 750 C or not!

Mica insulation does not burn because it is a mineral. Its heat transfer characteristics may slow heat transfer down for a long enough period of time to pass some time defined test but it will not stop heat transfer from occurring.
You will have to perform some experiments to see if your design passes the required specification
