Located 20 minutes north of Fresno, Madera is the home to Carris Reels' West Coast operations. Founded in 1966 in Yelm, Washington as "Wood Fabricators," to supply customers in the Pacific Northwest. It became Carris Reels of California in July 1991 and moved to a larger, more modern facility in 1995.
Carris Reels' New Carlisle, Indiana facility is their base for Mid-West assembly & distribution. New Carlisle is located 10 minutes west of South Bend, IN on US Highway 20. This facility has helped Carris expand capacity in warehousing, assembly & recycling.

The Hazelett® Twin-Belt Casting Machine is the casting machine used in Contirod® copper rod plants supplied by SMS Meer GmbH. There are over 40 Contirod installations in 22 countries producing the highest quality copper rod at rates up to 60 tonnes/hour.
